This helps with things such as the magic mask and smart reframe actions. Apple has confirmed Blackmagic Designs DaVinci Resolve video editing and color grading application is coming to iPad. The mobile app features DaVinci Resolve’s AI processing powered by the DaVinci Neural Engine.

The iPad version still allows you functionality such as PowerWindows, qualifiers, 3D tracking, and advanced HDR grading.

There is also a DaVinci Resolve for iPad color page similar to the one you would find on the desktop edition. It includes the cut page, allowing you to edit your projects on the go - great for those on a tight deadline. The program is optimized for the iPad Pro with the M1 and M2 chips. The software is available as a free download from the Apple iOS App Store. Today, Blackmagic Design is bringing those capabilities to the mobile world with DaVinci Resolve for iPad which should allow on-the-go editors and filmmakers flexibility to get the job done even when the office is far away.

I have the DaVinci Resolve Studio version on my laptop and desktop to handle all my post-production needs. I’ve been using DaVinci Resolve as my primary video editor and color suite for the last several years.
